		<description>The Bill of Rights wasn&#039;t meant to be an extensive and all inclusive list.  The 9th Amendment is evidence of that: &quot;The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.&quot;

Also, the 10th Amendment says: &quot;The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.&quot;  The federal government was given the power to regular commerce between the states and between the United States and foreign countries, but it wasn&#039;t given the right to change the manner in which wealth is distributed amongst citizens in the individual states.</description>

		<description>Remember Jim, he is only half Black. He is half White also.  I don&#039;t like either of his halves. So I look at each half as part of a whole person. Therefore, I am not a racist. I concur with the assertions made by Jim about who our President is as a man.</description>

The distribution of wealth is not even mentioned - and for good reason. The confiscation of the fruits of someone elses labor is the antithesis of freedom.  I think Obama&#039;s intellect is way overrated.</description>
