There is freedom of religion, not absence of religion, under the Constitution. I am not really focused on the one amendment because of my Constitutional and moral objections to the entire plan. The whole health insurance mandate and program is unconstitutiona l. There is no serious question about that, only excuses and hopes that it won't be pushed until it is entrenched. The federal government is interfering where it has no right to go. If Congress is debating levels of payments and contributions and what premiums are 'affordable' and can't agree amongst themselves, how can they think they have the right to decide for all the rest of us, each of whom have our own existing budgets and know our own family health histories?Who died and made them God?
