It is no secret that Senator Max Baucus, the primary architect of the Senate’s health care reform bill , was as drunk as a skunk while drafting the bill, as hopefully were his Democrat counterparts, as it would be a sad state of affairs if the Democrats were really that stupid. Being lethally intoxicated is a much more acceptable excuse for their antics.

Yeah, he and Teddy must have been a laugh a minute at happy hours. The human crop failures that voted for this piece of garbage should be jailed for treason.
