The analogue: The Democratic Party begot the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN), and ACORN subsequently begot Barack Obama; ACORN is also involved in an intimate and symbiotic relationship with the Democratic Party. It also participates in a contrasting and mutually exclusive relationship with conservatism, and the idea of democracy.

The Fundamental Problem with ACORN

ACORN has a fundamental problem–not its government supported criminal enterprise, but a much deeper problem at its core. And so does any other activist group of the same ilk. ACORN’s base defect is not the criminal, ethical issues that have been highlighted in the media this election cycle; those are the by-products of inherently corrupt radical organizations.
