What is the difference between the two most prominent community organizer groups, ACORN and La Raza–and the Mafia? There are four primary differences: The Mafia does not get millions of tax payer dollars per year for operating expenses to wreak havoc; the Mafia snuffs out people, while ACORN and La Raza snuff out America’s financial systems and voting systems; the Mafia does not have a “Made Man” running for President of the United States; and the Mafia is less dangerous to the American way of life than ACORN and La Raza.

ACORN is the focus here since Barack Obama is running for the presidency, and he has very, very intimate ties to ACORN.

ACORN, as with the Mafia, has legitimate interests along with illegitimate interests. ACORN’s two most notoriously illegitimate endeavors are their involvement in the collapse of the financial markets in the U.S, and their substantial history of being prosecuted for voter fraud.

The overwhelming collapse of the sub-prime housing market that caused a worldwide financial collapse and a 700 billion dollar bailout, would not have happened without blackmail tactics bringing to an end the prudent lending principles of banks and mortgage companies. If lenders were not regulated into forgoing the lending practices of a prudent protocol, requiring a 10-20% down payment from the borrower’s own funds, a reasonable income to debt ratio, a good credit rating, and an aversion to tricky and obscene mortgage structures (ARMs, interest only, etc), that had served them well from inception until forced to abandon the practices, the world would not be in this crisis.

The collapse of the great socialism experiment started with the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 by President Carter. President Clinton further amended it to obscene levels with the incessant pandering to minorities by the liberals.

Monday of this week, the State of Nevada raided and seized the records of the ACORN office in Las Vegas. The reason: voter fraud. ACORN had submitted duplicate names, dead people, duplicates forms, etc. to the state. “We basically had the starting lineup for the Dallas Cowboys,” Secretary of State Ross Miller said. “Tony Romo is not registered to vote in Nevada. Anyone trying to pose as Terrell Owens won’t be able to cast a ballot.” Nevada’s Governor, John Ensign, has called for the suspension of federal payments to ACORN as part of an affordable housing fund run by mortgage buyers Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

This is far from an isolated instance of voter fraud by ACORN, the community organization. The Washington Secretary of State, in 2006, said ACORN committed the “worse case of election fraud” in the state’s history. One of ACORN’s infractions in Washington was to submit 1,800 new voter’s registration forms with 1,797 of the names being fake.

According to STATS Indiana, Marion County, Indianapolis has of 644,197 people eligible to vote, but they have 677,401 registered to vote. That is 105%. Coincidently, there is an ACORN office there.

Several municipal clerks across the state are reporting fraudulent and duplicate voter registration applications, most of them from a nationwide community activist group working to help low- and moderate-income families.

The majority of the problem applications are coming from the group ACORN, Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, which has a large voter registration program among its many social service programs. ACORN’s Michigan branch, based in Detroit, has enrolled 200,000 voters statewide in recent months, mostly with the use of paid, part-time employees.

“There appears to be a sizeable number of duplicate and fraudulent applications,” said Kelly Chesney, spokeswoman for the Michigan Secretary of State’s Office. “And it appears to be widespread.”

These are three recent examples, excluding the newly evolving voter fraud that is going on in Ohio, as you read this, by ACORN. Pick any state, or any major city, and ACORN has bankrupted their lending institutions, and succeeded, or attempted, to subjugate their election process.

“I was a community organizer,” Obama has stated over and over. That is the experience that Obama has used as part of his qualification to be the President of these United States. ACORN was, and is, still being funded and supported by Obama. Obama, along with his non-friend, William Ayers, aka unrepentant domestic terrorist, were board members at Chicago’s Woods Fund. The fund supported ACORN with lots of money. The Chicago Woods Fund routed millions to ACORN with Obama at the helm as Chair of the committee. Obama also was tied to ACORN in a non-financial capacity by representing them as an attorney, and through his personal relationship with the head of Chicago’s ACORN chapter, Madeleine Talbot. Talbot utilized Obama’s skills to train her staff at ACORN.

Recently Obama’s campaign was caught funneling $800,000 of campaign money, through a subsidiary to ACORN. They have since had to amend their Federal Election Commission report. The left is still trying to perpetuate ACORN’s criminal activity with money. In the original bailout plan, there was a clause that would divert 20% of the profits of the bailout to ACORN, the very organization that can be fingered as the root of the problem causing the bailout.

Barack Obama, community organizer–it has a certain ring to it.
